Questions & answers

Kitchen, answered

Printers or kitchen screens?

Either, or both. Each category of the menu goes to the station that makes it — a printer, a kitchen screen, or both — and an expo screen can get the whole order.

Can the kitchen see how long a ticket has waited?

Every ticket on a kitchen screen is timed and turns amber, then red. Busy mode adds the minutes you choose to ready times when the line is out the door.

Do delivery and phone orders reach the kitchen too?

Yes. Counter, website, QR, AI phone and Uber Eats orders all land on the same board and print at the same stations.
